Cleaning:

1 and 2-room apartment	€ 50,00	flat rate
3-room apartment	€ 70,00	flat rate


Tourist tax (From the age of 15) & Mobility Tax	€ 2,20	per night

Check-In:	from 2:00 p.m.
Check-Out:	by 9:00 a.m. at the latest
In the case of a late check-out (at 5:00 p.m. at the latest) an additional fee of 50% of the room price will be charged. Provided the apartment is not occupied on the same day.

Deposit per apartment:	1/3 of the total price

Cancellation conditions & insurance cover

According to § 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), the following cancellation conditions apply:

You can not go on holiday now? Then come to the missed holidays also cancellation fees. Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance!
